1. Acceptance

By signing in to this system you agree to these terms. The system is provided for the administration of members, monthly donations, receipts, reports and certificates of Kale Hewot Church – Eastern District – Gerzan Local Church.

2. Accounts

Each user receives a personal account. You must keep your password secret, must not share it, and are responsible for all actions made with your account. Report any suspected misuse to the Super Administrator immediately.

3. Roles and access

Access is limited by role (Super Admin, Admin, Cashier). You may only use the functions assigned to your role. Attempts to bypass the controls are recorded and may lead to removal of access.

4. Donations and receipts

Donations are voluntary gifts. A receipt is valid only if it carries a receipt number and a QR code that verifies as genuine on this website. Corrections are made by voiding a receipt with a recorded reason, never by deleting it.

5. Changes

The church may update these terms. Continued use of the system after a change means you accept the new terms.
