1. You must

Use the system only for church work; enter true and accurate information; protect your password; sign out on shared computers and phones.

2. You must not

Share accounts; view member data without a work reason; copy or publish member data; enter false payments or issue fake receipts; try to break into the system, overload it, or upload harmful files; use member phone numbers for non-church messages.

3. Enforcement

All actions are logged. Breaking these rules may lead to suspension of the account and, where needed, further action by church leadership.
